The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "1- सम्ममानननीय न्यमायमालय उत्पप्रेषण पकक तति ककी यमातचिकमा दद्वैष, आदप्रेश, तनदरश कप्रे दमारमा तविपकनी ससंख्यमा 2 उपससंचिमालक चिकबन्दनी अधधिकमारनी उनमावि कमा आदप्रेश तदननॉक 04.12.2024, ससंलग्नक ससंख्यमा 1 वि तविपकनी ससंख्यमा 3 बन्ददोबस्ति अधधिकमारनी चिकबन्दनी कमा आदप्रेश तदननॉतकति 26.07.2018, ससंलग्नक ससंख्यमा 2 वि तविपकनी ससंख्यमा 4 चिकबन्दनी अधधिकमारनी हसनगसंज कमा आदप्रेश 01.06.2006 ससंलग्नक ससंख्यमा 3 कदो अपमास्ति, तनरस्ति वि तविखण्डति करनप्रे ककी महतिनी कक पमा करप्रे। 2- तविपकनी ससं० 2 उपससंचिमालक चिकबन्दनी अधधिकमारनी जनपद उनमावि कमा आदप्रेश तदनमानाँक 04.12.24 वि तविपकनी ससं० 3 बन्ददोबस्ति चिकबन्दनी अधधिकमारनी उनमावि कमा आदप्रेश 26.07.18 वि चिकबन्दनी अधधिकमारनी हसनगसंज उनमावि कमा आदप्रेश तदनमानाँक 01. 06.06 कमा तक्रियमान्वियन एविसं पभमावि यमातचिकमा कप्रे तविचिमारण कमाल मम स्थतगति करकप्रे तविविमातदति भभूखण्ड खमातिमा ससं0 122.135.वि 90 सस्थति गमाम- नप्रेविमाजखप्रेडमा, मजरमा-नमारमायणपपुर, परगनमा झलदोतिर अजगद्वैन, तिहसनील हसनगसंज धजलमा उनमावि ककी यथमासस्थतति बनमायप्रे रखनप्रे कमा आदप्रेश पमाररति वि पदमान करनप्रे ककी महतिनी कक पमा करप्रे।" After arguing at some length, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh with proper pleadings and documents including the statement(s) of witnesses of 'Will', in support thereof. To the aforesaid prayer, learned Standing Counsel has no objection. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed with liberty as aforesaid. Office is directed to return back all the certified copies of order and documents, annexed in the present petition, to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, if he applies for the and submit the copies of same.
