State of J&K and others). Vide order dated September 04, 2013, while issuing notice, the writ Court had stayed the impugned order No. 09-GAD of 2013 dated 26.03.2013 and directed the Authorities to allow the petitioners to continue in service and release their wages. The records show that subsequently the main case (SWP No. 1846/2013) was withdrawn by the petitioner on August 07, 2018 with liberty to file a fresh petition, if the cause still survived. That being so, nothing substantive survives in the petition and the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
