The petitioner wants transfer of a vehicle bearing Registration No.UP43AT0206. There appears to be some dues as pointed out by learned Standing Counsel in respect of the aforesaid vehicle, therefore, according to him, the transfer cannot take place especially as the representation of the erstwhile owner, opposite party No.6 in this regard has been rejected. 3. This is a matter to be seen by the opposite party No.3 not for this Court to adjudicate. If such an application for transfer is maintainable, let a decision be taken as per law say within a period of six weeks. 4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
