Heard learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for respondents. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that father of the petitioner who was working on class IV post of Ardalee in the office of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Gauriganj, District Amethi, died on 01.01.2024 in harness leaving behind the petitioner, Smt. Manju Pandey, his widow and Arpit Pandey, his only son. Accordingly, the petitioner is fully dependent upon him. 3. It is submitted that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 25.10.2024 which is pending before Sub Divisional Magistrate/Up Ziladhikari (S.D.M.), Tehsil Gauriganj, District Amethi. 4. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be substantially redressed in case respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 25.10.2024 expeditiously. 5. Learned Standing Counsel does not dispute to the aforesaid request made by learned counsel for petitioner. 6. Accordingly, without entering into merits of the case, the writ petition, is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 3/ Sub Divisional Magistrate/Up Ziladhikari (S.D.M.), Tehsil Gauriganj, District Amethi to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 25.10.2024 in accordance with law expeditiously, say, within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
