Learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that in pursuance of an interim order dated 20.02.2023 passed by this Court, amount of gratuity has been paid to petitioner, therefore, prayer of petitioner has been substantially addressed as amount of gratuity is paid. He, however, further submits that still there is a grievance that petitioner is also entitled for interest on delayed payment. 3. Learned counsel submits that in similar circumstances, a Coordinate Bench of this Court has decided bunch of writ petitions, leading being Writ-A No. 3149 of 2023, Neval Devi vs. State of U.P. and others, Neutral Citation No. 2024:AHC:81823 wherein it was held that interest on delayed payment of gratuity may be considered from the date of submission of application. Therefore, he prays that this writ petition may be disposed in terms of Neval Devi (supra). 4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for State-Respondents has no objection to aforesaid prayer. 5.
