The present application has been filed for the following main relief:- "अततः ययाचचीगण यह ययाचचकया सचविनय मयाननचीय न्ययाययालय कके सम्ቌ ्ቚस्ततुत कर रहके हह :- अ. यह चक मयाननचीय चविशकेष न्ययाययाधचीश पयाक्ससो एक्ट अपर जजिलया एविवं स्ቔ न्ययाययाधचीश , कसोटर नवं0 1, लखनऊ कके न्ययाययालय मम लममቚኌत वियाद एस.टची. नवं. 708/2018 (सरकयार ቚኌनयाम सवंतसोष कतु मयार), एफ.आई.आर. नवं. 0156/2018 अन्तगरत धयारया 376, 504, 506, 313 भया.द.चवि. वि 3/4 पयाक्ससो एक्ट, थयानया मयाल, जिनपद लखनऊ ककी समपपूणर कयायरवियाहची कसो चनरस्त वि खमणቄኌत करनके ककी कक पया ककी जियायके।" Learned counsel for the applicants submits that as certain error has crept in while filing the present application, as such the applicants may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh. To the aforesaid prayer, learned A.G.A. has no objection. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed with liberty as aforesaid. Office is directed to return back all the certified copies of order and documents, annexed in the present application, to the learned Counsel for the applicants, if he applies for the and submit the copies of same.
