No. 01 of 2020/NIA/L.K.W., under Sections 498B and 120B I.P.C. and Sections 16 and 18 of The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station N.I.A., District Lucknow, which is taken on record. She has stated that the instant appeal has been filed under Section 21(4) of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008, against the order dated 02.02.2022, rejecting the bail application of the appellant. Now, the case itself has been decided and the appeal has become infructuous. Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
