Learned A.G.A. on instructions states that charge sheet in this case is already submitted before supervisory authority. Since the offences entails sentence of less than seven years and the benefit of Section 35(3) of Bhartiya Nyaya Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is already provided to the petitioner, in view thereof, no further order is required in the present petition.
