On instructions, he submits that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner on 06.02.2022. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would advice his client to challenge the charge- sheet in appropriate proceedings. 5. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the writ petition has rendered infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed as such. 6. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet, if so advised, in appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. 7.
