Case No. 254/2025 Page No.# 2/2 under Sections 61(2)/318(4) BNS, 2023, read with Sections 14/15 of the Assam Game & Betting Act, in which he was arrested on 04.05.2025 and is in custody since then. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. S. Munir, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application, to which Mr. K. K. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection. 4.
