The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaints given by the petitioner, they already registered a case in Crime No.67 of 2025 for the offences under Section 296(b), 115(2) and 133 of BNS Act. 3. Since the representations of the petitioner was already considered by the third respondent and the FIR has been registered, no further orders are required to be passed in this case. 4. Recording the above said submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents, this writ petition stands closed.
