The present Application has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.516 of 2023, “State Vs. Mukesh Mandal and Others”, pending before the court of Judicial Magistrate, Sitarganj, District Udham Singh Nagar under Sections 323, 498A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 3 and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. 2. Heard Mr. Shubham Chhabra, learned counsel for the applicants-accused, Mr. V.S. Rawat, 1 2025:UHC:9065 learned Assistant Government Advocate for the respondent no.1 and Mr. Parth Narang, learned counsel for the respondent no.2-informant. 3. Applicant no.1 was the husband of the respondent no.2. Applicant no.2 is the father, applicant no.3 is the mother, applicant no.4 is the uncle of the applicant no.1. Applicant no.5 is the wife of the applicant no.4 and the applicant no.6 is the family member of the applicant no.1. 4. All the applicants and respondent no.2 are present in-person. Applicants are identified by Mr. Shubham Chhabra, Advocate and the respondent no.2 is identified by Mr. Parth Narang, Advocate. 5. Both, applicants and the respondent no.2 submitted that they have filed a Compounding Application (IA No.01 of 2025) and affidavits with their free will and without any pressure. 6. The respondent no.2 has requested to quash the entire proceedings of the said Criminal Case No.516 of 2023. 7. The said request of the respondent no.2 has not been opposed by the respondent no.1. 8. Considering the totality of the matter, this Court is of the view that ends of justice would be met if 2 2025:UHC:9065 the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.516 of 2023, “State Vs. Mukesh Mandal and Others”, pending before the court of Judicial Magistrate, Sitarganj, District Udham Singh Nagar, are quashed. 9. Resultantly, the present Application, filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is allowed and the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.516 of 2023, “State Vs.
