The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties concerned to take the necessary action regarding the grievances of the petitioner raised in his application dated 27.12.2024 contained in Annexure no. 1 to this writ petition and get concluded the final inquiry by the concerned inquiry committee made by the opposite party no 2 by order dated 20.11.2024 for concluding the inquiry by the opposite party nos. 6 and 7 in the interest of justice expeditiously within the stipulated time as provided by this Hon'ble court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that final decision shall be taken expeditiously in terms of the report, which has to come very soon. 4. In view of the said instructions, the present petition is disposed of with direction to conclude the proceedings expeditiously in accordance with law.
