Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 111 of 2024 arising out of Ranka P.S. Case No. 194 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned District & Sessions Judge-IV, Garhwa. 3. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 7805 of 2024 by order dated 28.10.2024. 4. On 20.11.2023, the daughter of the informant, namely, Pushpa Kumari was shot dead in her house by this petitioner. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out towards the statement of the witnesses recorded in the case diary, who have stated that the petitioner had caught her daughter in compromising position with Jannat Hussain. It was further submitted that the petitioner became agitated and lost his control and committed the murder of the deceased. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District & Sessions Judge-IV, Garhwa, in connection with S.T.
