The petitioner was sanctioned certain amount from the Sansad Nidhi for construction of certain rooms etc. to facilitate teaching. The first installmenmt in favour of the petitioner was released on 16.2.2024, but thereafter installments have not been released. It is said that money from the Sansad Nidhi has been received in the account of the opp. party No. 2/District Magistrate, Sultanpur. Let the opp. party No. 2 or 3, whosoever may have the jurisdiction in the matter, get the facts verified and the claim of the petitioner for release of the remaining installments from the Sansad Nidhi and do the needful as per law, but with expedition, say within 6 weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him. If the petitioner-college is entitled to the such release, the amount shall be released, otherwise a reasoned decision shall be communicated to the petitioner accordingly.
