However, according to the Electricity Corporation, he lives in a privately developed colony and the developer has applied for a single point connection, but he has not yet deposited the estimated amount. If the petitioner wants an electricity connection solely for himself, then he will have to bear the cost, therefore, he may do the needful. The petitioner should submit an application before the opposite party no. 3 who shall scrutinize the same and take a decision, but with expedition say within a period of three weeks. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
