The petitioner claims to have submitted some complaint against opposite party Nos.3 and 4, whereupon some inquiry was got conducted, report of which is annexed as Annexure No.5 to the Writ Petition. However, no final action has been taken as yet by the District Magistrate, Shravasti. We asked the learned counsel for the petitioner as to under which provision, the District Magistrate, Shravasti is empowered to take action, he could not place any such provision. Nevertheless, we permit the petitioner to approach the competent authority in this regard as far as permissible, who may do the needful if any action is required.
