Grade (English) in Government Inter College, Pokhal, Block Bhilangna, District Tehri Garhwal. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief: “I. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to transfer the petitioner to any other college in the District of Dehradun or in the District of Haridwar near to All Indian Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Rishikesh.” (3) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner’s son, aged about three years, is suffering from cerebral palsy, who needs regular therapy at AIIMS, Rishikesh. In support of the contention that petitioner’s son is suffering from the said disability, disability certificate issued by Chief Medical Officer, Dehradun is enclosed as Annexure-3 to the writ petition. (4) Having regard to the relief claimed in the writ petition, the petition is disposed of granting liberty to petitioner to make a fresh representation regarding her transfer, to Regional Additional Director, Pauri.
