The grievance of the petitioner relates to the modified Recovery Certificate dated 24.09.2022 prepared and issued by U.P. RERA at Gautambudh Nagar. 3. Mere fact that the money after being recovered is to be deposited in an account at Lucknow will not give a cause of action to maintain this writ before this Court at Lucknow nor will any order passed in Contempt Petition filed by the opposite party no. 4. 4. The grievance is with regard to non execution of the recovery certificate issued at Gautambudh Nagar, therefore, recovery, if any, is also to be done at Gautambudh Nagar, therefore, this Court does not have the jurisdiction. 5.
