Delay Condonation Application stands allowed. 5. This appeal, under Section 19 of The Family Courts Act, 1984, is filed by the appellant-husband against dismissal of his suit for divorce. 6. This Court, vide order dated 12.11.2024, had directed the parties to appear before the Mediation Centre attached to District Court, Dehradun, on 21.11.2024. 7. Learned counsel for the parties submit that during the course of mediation, parties have arrived at a settlement. The report of Mediation is enclosed with the letter received from Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Dehradun dated 21.11.2024. 8. Perusal of the report reveals that both the parties have arrived at an understanding that they will seek divorce without any condition. 2025:UHC:5299-DB 9. Learned counsel for the parties, thus, submit that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the appeal may be disposed of with liberty to the parties to file petition for divorce, by mutual consent, under Section 13B of The Hindu Marriage Act. 10. In view of the joint prayer made by learned counsel for the parties, the appeal is disposed of with liberty to the parties to file petition for divorce, by mutual consent, under Section 13B of The Hindu Marriage Act before the competent Court.
