Perused the material on record. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the charge sheet allegations do not disclose the offences lodged against the Petitioners. Except vague and omnibus allegations, nothing in specific is attributed against them. Learned counsel would submit that there are previous grudges against the respondent No.2 and Petitioner No.l, as Petitioner No.l filed a criminal case against the husband of respondent No.2. This present case is nothing but a counter case to the previous criminal case. Seeking quashment of the Proceedings, this Criminal petition has been filed. . For short ‘the Code’ 3 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5.
