Petitioner claims to have raised objections in the pending complaint bearing no.449/2024 before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Second, Lucknow but it is said that the application raising the same is not being entertained. 3. Petitioner may approach the Chairman, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission raising his grievance in this regard. In the meantime, it is provided that if any objection is raised as regards territorial jurisdiction of the tribunal to entertain such a complaint or even if it is not raised but this issue arises then the obviously the forum would be obliged to consider the same as per law. 4.
