Satyen Vaidya, Judge (Oral): This application has been filed with a prayer to condoned the delay in filing the review petition against the judgment passed by this Court on 11.10.2022, in CWP No. 1901 of 2015, titled as Kishore Kamta Vs. State of H.P. & Ors. 2. The application is opposed. Non-applicant has filed their reply. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for non- applicant that the application does not disclose any ground much less sufficient cause which could have prevented the applicant from filing the review petition within time. It has also been pointed out that the judgment of which review petition is being sought has already been implemented. 4. I have gone through the contents of the application. The review has been sought to be filed after the delay of 02 years and 82 days. Except for vague averments regarding the tossing of file from one table to another, no cogent reason has been provided to justify the delay in filing the present petition. 5. Thus, no ground for condonation of delay is made out, hence, the present application is dismissed Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall stands disposed of.
