Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties 1 to 3. In view of order being passed, notices to opposite party no.4 stand dispensed with. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned for deciding representation/application preferred by petitioner dated 29.07.2024 and 11.09.2024 against action taken by society concerned expelling petitioner from the society. 3. It is submitted that despite notices having already been issued, proceedings are still pending consideration for which a direction for expeditious disposal is required. 4. Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits, opposite party no.3 i.e. Deputy Registrar, Firms, Societies & Chits, Lucknow is directed to decide the representation of petitioner after affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned. 5. Decision with regard to same shall be taken expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the said authority. 6.
