However, the learned counsel for the respondents facilitate a copy of proceeding in SLP(C) Dairy No(s). 48202 of 2023 which is pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India relating to these contempt proceedings initiated between the complainant and respondents and the said proceeding reveals that “Issue notice on the application seeking condonation of delay as well as on the Special Leave Petition. In the meanwhile, there shall be stay of the contempt proceeding.” This order is taken on record.
