Perused the record. A perusal of the complaint as well as statements recorded under Section 200 and 200 Cr.P.C. shows that prima facie commission of offence is made out. There appears to be no illegality in the impugned order dated 28.11.2024. The disputed defence of the accused cannot be seen at this stage.
