By the connected BA No. 1175/2025, the petitioner, namely, Mohammed Moshin, has prayed for his bail in NDPS Case No. 87/2024 arising out of Dillai P.S. Case No. 29/2024 registered under Section 18(b) of the NDPS Act, presently pending before the Court of learned Special Judge (NDPS), Karbi Anglong, Diphu. 3. The petitioner submitted that after filing of the said BA No. 1175/2025, he came to know that the charge-sheet in said Dillai P.S. Case No. 29/2024 was filed under Section 18(b) along with Section 21(C) of the NDPS, though the said Dillai P.S. Case was initially registered under Section 18(b) of the NDPS Act. 4. Hence, this application by the petitioner for correction of the cause title of the connected BA No. 1175/2025 by incorporating Section 21(C) of the NDPS Act along with Section 18(b) of the NDPS Act filed in said Dillai P.S. Case No. 29/2024. 5. Perused the Charge-Sheet filed in said Dillai P.S. Case No. 29/2024 annexed to the connected BA No. 1175/2025. 6. In view of the above, this Interlocutory Application for correction of the cause title of the connected BA No. 1175/2025 incorporating Section 21(C) of the NDPS Act along with Section 18(b) of the NDPS Act is allowed. Page No.# 3/3 7. Registry shall accordingly, correct the cause title of the connected BA No. 1175/2025 incorporating Section 21(C) of the NDPS Act along with Section 18(b) of the NDPS Act. 8. After making necessary correction in the cause title of the connected BA No. 1175/2025 incorporating Section 21(C) of the NDPS Act along with Section 18(b) of the NDPS Act, Registry shall list the connected BA No. 1175/2025 on 22.05.2025.
