Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Civil Judge (J.D.) Kunda, Pratapgarh to decide the Original Suit No. 324 of 2013, Ram Bahadur Vs. Jagat Pal and others expeditiously within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2013, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
