This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 09.01.2025 bearing Case Crime No.0014 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 351(3) BNS registered at Police Station PGI, District Lucknow and a further prayer to stay the arrest of the petitioners. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before appropriate Court in accordance with law. 4.
