In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed the affidavit of the Deputy District Magistrate, Jakhania, District-Ghazipur disclosing that an order dated 28.2.2025 has been passed deciding the dispute between the parties as directed by this Court vide its order dated 10.1.2024. The said affidavit is taken on record. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order passed by the Deputy District Magistrate, Jakhania, District-Ghazipur before appropriate forum on merits.
