Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that respondents are taking steps for allotment of the shop and the appeal has not been decided despite the order dated 23.01.2025. 3. This court had passed direction on 23.01.2025 for decision on the appeal within a period of two months. The apprehension raised by the petitioner are not supported by any cogent material. Even otherwise, it is clear that the allotment made during the pendency of the proceedings would be subject to the outcome of the appeal, as such, no interference is called for. 4. The writ petition is dismissed. 5. The order dated 23.01.2025 shall be complied in letter and spirit.
