Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:8220 Court No. - 8 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 1203 of 2025 Petitioner :- Lakshman Prasad Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy., Deptt. Of Revenue, Lko. And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Rajesh Kumar Singh,Vivek Kumar Shukla Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Pankaj Gupta Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Notice on behalf of the respondent no.1 to 4 has been accepted by the ofÏce of the Chief Standing Counsel. Shri Pankaj Gupta, Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.5. By means of the instant writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction commanding the respondents to ensure compliance of order dated 22.11.2022 passed by the Tehsildar in proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. A specific query was put to learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether he was a party to the proceedings under Section 67 of the Code of 2006 to which he has answered in negative and he submits that the petitioner is merely a villager and therefore, he has interest in the same. Having considered the aforesaid this Court finds that the order passed under Section 67 is appellable in terms of Section 67 (5) of the Code of
2006. There is no mention as to whether any appeal has been filed by the aggrieved party or the outcome of the said appeal or any further proceedings which has been undertaken. Even otherwise the petitioner has no locus to seek execution of an order to which he is not a party. Accordingly, at his behest in absence of any cogent material on record, this Court is not inclined to interfere in this petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
