After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that he would feel satisfied in case, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to accord consideration to the case of the petitioner by treating the instant writ petition as representation within some stipulated time. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner at length and perused the record. 3. Issue notice, which is waived by Ms. Nisha Kangotra, Assisting Counsel appearing vice Mr. S. S. Nanda, Sr. AAG on behalf of the respondents. He is not averse to the disposal of the instant writ petition by treating the same as a representation, provided the same is directed to be accorded consideration strictly under rule and as per law. 4. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is taken up for final disposal and, is accordingly, disposed of by Sr. No. 108 2 WP(C) No.2663/2025 directing the respondent Nos.3 & 4 to treat the instant writ petition as a representation and accord consideration in the light of the fact that petitioner has completed the work to the satisfaction of respondents and the respondents have admitted the liability of the petitioner to the tune of ₹50,000/- and ₹1.55 lakhs within a period of four weeks from the date, a copy of this order along with writ petition and Annexures are made available to the said respondents strictly under rule and as per law. The order of consideration which is likely to be passed be forwarded to the petitioner by the respondents through registered post. 5.
