Abiral Gupta", Under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, within stipulated period of time, as this Hon'ble Court may deemed fit, in the interest of justice." 3. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has no objection if the divorce petition is allowed and has filed a written statement to that effect also. 4.
