Raghunandan Rao) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the detenue had been detained on 18.03.2025 and was produced before the I Additional Munsif Magistrate, Gurajala in Crime No.41 of 2025 of Piduguralla Police Station, more than 24 hours after he had been detained. Learned counsel for the petitioner would also submit that appropriate notice of arrest was not sent as the information regarding the arrest was served on the petitioner to the son of the detenue through whats-app and the same is not in accordance with the requirement of law. 2. In as much as the I Additional Munsif Magistrate, Gurajala has already remanded the detenue to judicial custody, it would not be appropriate to continue the present writ petition. 3. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to agitate his grievances before the Magistrate. There shall be no order as to costs.
