The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) A order or direction to commanding the opposite party no.1 i.e. The Additional Principal Judge, 8th, Family Court, Lucknow for expediting the proceeding of the case no.2140/2019, Sunil Kumar Singh vs Smt. Shweta Singh, U/s 9 Hindu Marriage Act pending before him with in the period of three months." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the abovesaid case. In case, such an application is filed within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.
