Learned advocate for the 2nd respondent submits that as per the instructions received by him from Head Master bills of arrears of salary of the petitioner from March-2025 to July-2025 will be submitted and name of the petitioner will be taken on salary bills of July-2025 on or before 14.07.2025. Remaining arrears of salary of January-2025 and February-20025 will be paid to the petitioner in supplementary salary bill. 2. The bills of March-2025 to July-2025 are to be sanctioned by the Education Officer and remaining bill of arrears Bhagyawant Punde 2025:BHC-AUG:17835-DB {2} 940-CP-273-2025 will have to be sanctioned by Deputy Director of Education. 3. The Education Officer and Deputy Director of Education shall sanction the bills within four weeks from the date of receipt of the same. 4. With the above directions, contempt petition is disposed of.
