Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Considering the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to the private opposite parties is dispensed with. 3. The petitioner alleges violation of temporary injunction dated 28.11.2024 by the private opposite parties, who, according to the petitioners, are defendants in the Suit bearing No. 1670 of 2024; Gomti Prasad Vs. Shobha Ram and Ors. which is pending in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Shrawasti. 4. If the private opposite parties are defendants in the aforesaid Suit and the said temporary injunction is still operating and there is no other legal impediment, then, the official opposite parties would be obliged to ensure compliance of the said temporary injunction, however, without prejudice to the rights, if any, of the private opposite parties in the pending suit. 5. If the petitioner is still aggrieved he can approach the Court below for redressal of his grievance and action against the concerned, as the case may be. 6.
