And 12 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Vinod Mishra Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Heard. The petitioner's grievance is that the private opposite parties are illegally holding a mela on the land which infact belongs to the petitioner and in respect of which a temporary injunction dated 08.01.2020 is operating in Regular Suit No.48/2020. However, learned Standing Counsel says that the permission for organizing the said mela has been cancelled vide order dated 08.02.2025 signed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Fatehpur, Barabanki. The aforesaid cancellation order dated 08.02.2025 has also been placed before us, which is taken on record. In view of the aforesaid, notices are not required to be issued upon the opposite parties No.6 to 13. If there is temporary injunction operating in the aforesaid suit and the land in question is subject matter of the said suit proceedings, then the official opposite parties are obliged to ensure compliance of status-quo order between the parties. This order shall have no bearing in the suit proceedings which are already pending and the rights, if any, asserted by the opposite parties No.6 to 13 before any Court.
