3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N. CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION NO: 6241 of 2019 The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State. 2. Learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the preliminary enquiry of the Police would reveal that there were some disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent Nos.5 to 8 regarding rice mill and both parties filed civil suits and criminal cases in respect of the same. Later, at the intervention of elders, both the parties have entered compromise and settled the issues amicably.
Now the petitioner sold the properties and shifted his family to Bangalore city and he also made a statement to the Police that no action is required on his report. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the light of the submissions made by learned Government Pleader nothing survives in the present Writ Petition and the same may be closed. 4
