Nongkynrih, GA This is an appeal by the writ petitioner No. 2 from a judgment and order dated 10th June, 2024 dismissing two writ petitions [WP(C) No. 266 of 2019 with WP(C) No. 267 of 2019]. The impugned judgment and order was passed by the learned single judge feeling bound by the judgment and order of a coordinate bench of this Court in WP(C) No. 343 of 2022 and WP(C) No. 344 of 2022 dated 5th June, 2024 dismissing the writ petitions. The appeal [WA No. 44 of 2024] is from that order. Identical issues are involved in this case. We formally admit the appeal. The appeal [WA No. 44 of 2024] is posted for hearing on 10th February, 2025, to be heard on the papers in the memorandum of Serial No. 01 Daily List 2025:MLHC:28-DB appeal. This appeal also may also be tagged along with that appeal and to be heard on the papers in the memorandum of appeal. The interim order made by us on 16th October, 2024 with the clarification that if there is default on the part of the appellant to make the deposit, the respondent authorities are free to take action to enforce their order/ decision under challenge in the writ petitions and also to take any coercive steps that might follow.
