Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby to quash the first information report dated 23.12.2024 bearing case crime no.264 of 2024 under sections – 115 (2), 352, 351 (2) , 333, 110 of BNS 2023 lodged by the opposite party no.4 at police station – Sohramau, District – Unnao lodged by opposite party no.4, so far relates to the petitioner, contained as Annexure No.01. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to arrest or harass the petitioner on the basis of impugned First Information Report mentioned above contained as Annexure No.01. Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court written instructions sent by S.I. Police Station – Sohramau, Unnao wherein it has been submitted that mother of the complainant has died because of the injuries sustained in the incident and Section 105 BNS has been added during the course of investigation. Instructions are kept on record. Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition.
