Sri Thota Ramakoteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought in the present writ petition has become infructuous, in view of the fact that the 3rd respondent has already passed final orders on the main application filed under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, and the same was challenged separately by way of writ petition in W.P.No.11825 of 2025.
