Through the instant petition, specific allegation has been put forward against police official for carrying illegal detention of petitioner no.2. 3. On previous occasion, specific instructions were called from learned AGA with regard to present status of petitioner no.2. In response, learned AGA submitted that four cases have already been pending against petitioner no.2 wherein he has been implicated as accused and in all the matters, he is still absconding and as such, allegation as put forward specifically against respondent no.3, is not at all maintainable. 4. In view thereof, petition lacks merit and is hereby dismissed. 5. However, petitioner no.1 will be at liberty to avail other legal remedies as available to her. 6.
