Satya Narayan; UPST180003682023 bearing computerized case no. for permanent injunction, expeditiously as this Hon'ble Court may deemed fit which is pending before Opposite Party No. 1 since 10.04.2023, (contained in Annexure No.1 to this petition), in the interect of justice." 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, argues that the injunction application is also pending. 2.
