Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel. 2. The grievance of the petitioner in this petition is that despite having obtained permission to excavate soil from his Bhumidhari Plot No. 335, situated in village Nasiruddinpur Khetabpur, District Ghazipur, the petitioner is not being permitted to excavate the soil by the neighbouring tenure-holders. In this regard, several representations have been made to the various authorities including one dated 8.1.2025 to the District Magistrate. 3. Under the circumstances, this petition is disposed of directing the District Magistrate, Ghazipur to consider the representation dated 8.1.2025 filed by the petitioner and to pass appropriate order thereon expeditiously and preferably within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him. It is also provided that the petitioner shall also enclose alongwith certified copy of this order a photocopy of the representation dated 8.1.2025 made to the District Magistrate earlier.
