Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the show cause notice dated 13.01.2025 issued by respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Barabanki in Case No.106 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.D202504120000183), under Section 3 of U.P. Control of Gondas Act, 1970. Learned A.G.A. has raised a preliminary objection that it is only a show cause notice to which reply is to be submitted by the petitioner. The objection can be raised by the petitioner in his reply before the District Magistrate, Barabanki. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to submit his reply/objection before the District Magistrate, Barabanki. In case such a reply/objection is submitted by the petitioner within a period of one week from today, the District Magistrate, Barabanki shall consider the reply/objection of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law expeditiously, unless the order is already passed in the matter.
