Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(1) Issue an Order or direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow to consider and decide the Recall Application (Bajrang Traders Vs Canara Bank) dated 31/07/2024 (filed by the petitioner in Complaint/Case No.56419 of 2024: Canara Bank Vs. Bajrang Traders & others for recalling of the order 05/07/2024, passed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest) Act, 2002 which has been obtained by the Opp. Party by concealing the material facts, within stipulated time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (Which is annexed as Annexure No. 7 to this petition." 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has filed an order recall application, which is pending consideration. 5. In view thereof, present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the application dated 31.07.2024 within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the said application.
