Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that his client, after undergoing the sentence as also the sentence awarded in lieu of fine, has been released from jail on 03.07.2025. 5. On 23.07.2025, instructions were sought by the Court from the State Counsel. Today, learned State counsel, on strength of instructions which are taken on record, verified the averments made by learned counsel for the revisionist. 6.
