Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that basing on the report dated 24.04.2019 received through registered post, registered a case in Crime No.90 of 2019 for the offence under Section 506 r/w 34 I.P.C. on 03.05.2019 on the file of Chinna Mandem Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, against Mr.S.Khadar Basha and Mr.S.Rahmatulla Khan and taken up the investigation. 4. The writ petition is filed alleging that the police not registered the report dated 24.04.2019. 5. In the light of submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the purpose of the writ is served. Therefore, no further orders are required in the Writ Petition. 4 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
